US Domestic Shipping

All orders are handmade and processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Once completed, items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We gladly ship worldwide! Shipping times vary based on your country and customs processing.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

All of our items are handmade to order, which means:

    •    No cash refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    •    If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at oursewjourney@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

    •    If approved, you’ll receive store credit or a replacement.

    •    For all other returns, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and store credit will be issued.

    •    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
